Vice President Christian Hollmann has over thirty years of diverse experience in the aviation industry including serving as maintenance engineer and instructor. He graduated in Computer Science at the University of Hagen and brings in extensive background in IT Management at Lufthansa Technical Training and at Lufthansa Systems.


Wolfgang Becker, CEO MINT Middle East

Wolfgang Becker

CEO MINT Middle East Wolfgang Becker holds a degree in communications engineering and worked as Project Manager for Alcatel Germany and Lufthansa Systems before joining MINT in 2000. At Lufthansa Systems he successfully managed several multi-million dollar software implementation projects for international airlines.

Jörg Latteier, Managing Director

Jörg Latteier

Managing Director Jörg Latteier holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics and brings in profound knowledge in Operations Research. Prior to founding MINT, Jörg served as consultant for airline organizations.

Ilka Gerlach

Holding a degree in International Management, Ilka joined MINT in 2006 and is responsible for Marketing & Sales activities. Speaking 3 languages fluently, she is the point of contact for our existing and potential customers from all over the world.
