WebAssistant
Monitoring staff qualifications is of major importance to all aviation-related companies
in order to ensure regulatory compliance. With MINT WebAssistant, you can do this in an
entirely web based system, i.e. it can be used in the corporate Intra- or Internet environment.
- Resource Management, HR data
- Record Keeping for licenses, authorizations, basic / type rating / continuation
- training, medical certificates etc.
- Currency validation, e.g. through workflow driven renewal cycles
- Checking prerequisites prior to qualification assignment
- Simple and complex reports and queries, also in pdf format and corporate identity layout
- Interfaces e.g. to Learning Management System possible
As part of the MRO solution, MINT WebAssistant manages corporate resources and their qualifications or attributes. Optionally, you can go with the Audittool which schedules e.g. external, internal or authority audits.
MyMint
By complementing MINT WebAssistant with MyMint, every employee can download his or her
training and qualification record from an own web account. Also, Service Bulletins / Technical
Info Letters or any other notification can be distributed via e-mail to the recipients’ attention.
Additionaly MyMint displays the shift group schedule when used in combination with MINT Shifts. If an MRO company follows flexible shift planning, employees can also apply for the shifts they want to work in.
Shifts
MINT WebAssistant provides this tool with the necessary information to create shift groups with a
required qualification profile. May it be fixed or flexible shift rhythms, MINT Shifts allows the
user to generate an unlimited number of shift group rostering definitions. It also manages vacations
or any other staff absence. Qualification availability and capacity planning are the buzzwords in
connection with this module.
