Our MINT TMS consists of different modules which all interact with each other to become the most powerful Training Management System.
WebAssistant
Here you manage your resources and their qualifications. Instructors, classrooms, simulator devices
but also customers and trainees etc. are organized in a transparent tree structure. You can run simple
and breathtakingly complex queries to find out about qualification profiles. Especially with regard to
expiring qualifications or continuation training, our Currency Queue provides you with an automatically
calculated training needs analysis.
Designer
As its name implies, the course curricula are set up in this state-of-the-art tool. The course
templates can contain very detailed information about lesson duration, required resources, trainee numbers etc.
Scheduler
Here is the heart of MINT TMS. This module considers all data entries from the other modules
and automatically schedules class requests which base on the templates
set up in MINT Designer. What took days and weeks before, can be achieved within a few minutes.
Your training schedulers solve the daily changes and challenges through the intuitive User
Interface and have shortest reaction times to unforeseen issues, e.g. a simulator break down.
State-of-the-art functionalities like off-site training or what-if scenario scheduling with virtual
resources make MINT Scheduler the ultimate basis for corporate strategy decisions.
MyMint
MyMint is a Web Account for instructors and trainees. They can access their training schedules and
teachers use this platform to grade and signoff courses and students.
Bidding & Workrule Admin
The Workrule Admin allows for the definition of any corporate workrule, which will be automatically
associated with employees. The Bidding Admin will hand information on days off to MINT Scheduler.
